In Everybody's Favorite Bagman [#6] - Ben says, "Tick, tock, gentlemen..."
In Death in the Family [#13] - Ben is talking to Brutus at Riker's Island. "It's your meeting, Brutus." Simpson, Brutus' lawyer, "I must object to my client being shackled." Ben, "I'll make a note of that. you have 2 minutes." Then, "1:52" and finally, "Time's Up!"
In Mushrooms [#17] - Ben is talking to Mr. Keye about the IRS taking all of his property in exchange for no prison time. Ben, "The deal is good for 15 seconds." Keyes, "I keep the house in Sag Harbor." Ben, "No, ya don't ... 10 seconds." Keyes, "Mercedes" Ben, "They take the Mercedes ... 5 seconds"
In Confession [#23] - Morgan Stern says, "How about immunity on the carpet theft. Ben says, "5 more seconds of this and you'll need immunity on a lot more than that!"
In Severance [#35] - Ben is talking to Kemp about getting the tape admitted into evidence. Ben, "I think this offer is open for another 10 seconds."
Okay, now there's a start. I'm sure there are other instances! The goal is to find all instances of "Time's Up" in the Ben Stone episodes of Law & Order.
