Winter Rain (1984) is a one-man play, on video tape, about Thomas Merton, a Trappist Monk and author of 60 books.

Michael Moriarty completed a run on Broadway as Professor Higgins in the hit revival of "My Fair Lady" in 1994. More recently [Nov. '96] he reprised this role at both the Westbury Music Fair and Valley Forge Music Fair. He has appeared in many other stage productions including "Richard III" and "Find Your Way Home" for which he won the Tony, Theater World and Drama Desk Awards.

He has also written and had produced three of his own plays: "Flight to the Fatherland", "The Ballad of Dexter Creed" and "A Special Providence."
